CVE-2024-53310

Code execution via unbounded -ff file input

Published Feb 13, 2025 · Updated Mar 19, 2025

Buffer overflow in Effectmatrix Total Video Converter Command Line 2.50 allows attackers to execute code via a crafted file. The -ff option accepts overly long character data from the supplied file without enforcing buffer bounds, corrupting memory and the Structured Exception Handler chain.
