Unauthenticated filesystem access via stale export authorization

Missing authorization in Dell PowerScale OneFS NFS exports allows remote attackers to read, modify, or delete arbitrary files. The NFS export authorization state can omit proper checks after cluster zone reactivation events, so requests bypass the export's intended access policy. Affected releases are 9.5.0.0 through 9.5.1.2, 9.7.0.0 through 9.7.1.7, and 9.8.0.0 through 9.10.0.1; NFSv3 or NFSv4 must be enabled with an export configured.
