Cross-site scripting in Synology Router Manager before 1.3.1-9346-11 allows remote authenticated administrators to inject web content. The flaw is in NTP Region functionality, but Synology has not disclosed the input field, processing path, or missing neutralization operation. Exploitation requires administrator privileges and interaction by another user, with injected script or HTML executing in that user's browser context.
