Data-plane crash via non-IP additional addresses

Denial of service in affected Envoy 1.30, 1.31, and 1.32 releases allows remote authenticated users to crash the data plane. EDS and static-cluster address-list construction accepts non-IP additional addresses, which Happy Eyeballs sorting later treats as IP objects. Exploitation requires high-privilege control of endpoint configuration and Happy Eyeballs to be enabled; the reported consequence is an Envoy process crash.
