CSV injection in Autolab 3.0.2 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to expose roster data through a crafted profile name. The download_roster action in courses_controller.rb writes first and last names directly into roster.csv without neutralizing formula-leading values. Exploitation requires a user to store the crafted name and an instructor to open the downloaded roster in formula-evaluating spreadsheet software, which can transmit student information to a remote endpoint.
