Connection interruption via forged ICMP MTU update

Improper ICMP validation in quic-go before 0.48.2 allows remote attackers to interrupt established QUIC connections on Linux. The Linux socket setup selects IP_PMTUDISC_DO, so a forged ICMP Packet Too Large value below QUIC's 1,200-byte minimum poisons the kernel's per-4-tuple MTU tracking and makes sendmsg return a message-too-large error. The attacker needs the client's IP and UDP port tuple; injection after the handshake bypasses application-layer TCP fallback and interrupts only the targeted connection.
