Local system crash via unchecked CPU lookup

Null pointer dereference in affected Linux kernel versions allows local users to crash the system through a CPPC CPU cost lookup. In cppc_get_cpu_cost(), cpufreq_cpu_get_raw() can return NULL when the CPU is absent from policy->cpus, but the caller dereferences that result. Low-privileged local access is required; affected branches are 5.19 through 6.1.119, 6.2 through 6.6.63, 6.7 through 6.11.10, and 6.12 through 6.12.1, and the reported consequence is a system crash.
