Local service interruption via unmarked flushed WQEs

Improper queue-state handling in the Linux kernel allows local users to interrupt service through RDMA/rxe queue processing. The rxe_requester function dequeues a work queue element after a queue pair enters the error state but fails to mark that element with IB_WC_WR_FLUSH_ERR before completion processing. Triggering requires low-privilege local access and active RDMA/rxe use; the published result is a kernel warning and availability loss without data disclosure or modification.
