Host kernel compromise via unchecked capability ID

Out-of-bounds array access in Linux VFIO PCI allows local users with an assigned VFIO device to compromise the host kernel. vfio_config_do_rw() uses an unchecked unknown capability ID from pci_config_map to index ecap_perms, then dereferences out-of-bounds permission data. A process must hold the assigned device's /dev/vfio descriptor; successful access exposes kernel memory, permits host-kernel code execution, or crashes the host.
