Local system crash via unchecked plane state

Null pointer dereference in the Linux kernel's AMD display code allows local users to crash affected systems through display operations. The dcn20_update_dchubp_dpp function dereferences pipe_ctx->plane_state in multiple conditions without first verifying that plane_state is non-null. Low-privilege local access and an affected AMD display pipeline are required; the resulting kernel fault interrupts system availability.
