Kernel crash via premature channels array population

Bounds-checking error in Linux kernel 6.11 through 6.11.10 and 6.12 through 6.12.1 allows local users to crash the kernel. nl80211_parse_sched_scan fills the counted channels array before n_channels is initialized, so bounds instrumentation treats valid writes as out of bounds. A scheduled Wi-Fi scan reaches the defect; kernels built with CONFIG_UBSAN_TRAP panic, while other instrumented builds issue a warning.
