Kernel compromise via NVMe admin queue use-after-free

Use-after-free in the Linux NVMe-over-Fabrics host driver allows remote attackers controlling a target to compromise or crash the kernel. The shutdown path destroys the admin queue while nvme_keep_alive_work can still dispatch through freed blk-mq queue and hardware-context objects. Reachability requires an active NVMe-TCP or NVMe-RDMA controller connection; a malicious target controls reconnect and keep-alive timing.
