Kernel crash via invalid block-device unregistration

NULL pointer dereference in Linux 6.11 through 6.11.10 and 6.12 through 6.12.1 allows remote attackers to crash the kernel via pNFS SCSI unmount. In bl_unregister_scsi, a failed device lookup leaves pnfs_block_dev without a block_device, but teardown dereferences it without first confirming PNFS_BDEV_REGISTERED. Reachability requires a pNFS SCSI layout-enabled NFS client and an unmount after the device lookup fails; the bounded result is a kernel crash.
