Kernel denial of service via firmware-object off-by-one

Off-by-one error in the QAT 420xx driver in Linux 6.8 through 6.11.10 and 6.12 through 6.12.1 allows local users to interrupt the kernel. A firmware-object index equal to num_objs passes uof_get_name's greater-than check and reads one element beyond the fw_objs array. Local low-privileged access and an active QAT 420xx driver are required; published sources do not specify whether interruption occurs by hang, crash, or reboot.
