Service interruption via truncated SMC controller index

Integer overflow in the BlueField EDAC driver in affected Linux kernels allows local users to interrupt service through a truncated SMC argument. The bluefield_edac_init_dimms function stores the memory-controller index in a 32-bit variable, so a 16-bit left shift discards the upper bits before forming the 64-bit get-DIMM-info SMC argument. The driver is specific to BlueField hardware, and the patch author reported no evidence that real workloads reach the condition.
