Local kernel memory corruption via unchecked CIDR range

Out-of-bounds access in Linux kernel netfilter ipset allows local users to corrupt kernel memory through a crafted CIDR update. bitmap_ip_uadt applies the CIDR mask to the starting address but fails to recheck it against map->first_ip before deriving a bitmap element ID. Reaching the flaw requires local ipset netlink operations in a network namespace; the resulting out-of-range element can disclose or overwrite kernel-heap data.
