Kernel warning via unprotected OA stream release

Runtime power-management flaw in Linux 6.11 allows local users to trigger a kernel warning when releasing an Intel Xe OA stream. The xe_oa_release function destroys the stream and its execution queue without first holding the outer runtime power-management reference required by xe_pm_runtime_get_noresume. Reaching the path requires local access and compatible Intel Xe graphics hardware; published sources assign an availability impact but do not specify a hang, crash, or reset.
