System crash via unchecked CRTC state

NULL pointer dereference in the Rockchip VOP DRM driver in affected Linux kernels allows local users to crash the system. The vop_plane_atomic_async_check function retrieves a CRTC state but tests the always-present atomic state, allowing a null CRTC state to reach drm_atomic_helper_check_plane_state. Triggering requires local low-privileged access and use of the Rockchip VOP display path; the bounded consequence is a kernel crash.
