Local service interruption via unpurged error queue

Memory leak in Linux kernel vsock 6.7 through 6.11.9 allows local users to exhaust memory through MSG_ZEROCOPY sends. The vsock socket destructor leaves zerocopy completion sk_buffs queued on sk_error_queue instead of purging them when the socket closes. Low-privileged local access is required; repeated send-and-close cycles consume kernel memory and can interrupt the system.
