Kernel crash via stale buffer-head caching

Denial of service in Linux kernel OCFS2 allows local users to crash the kernel through repeated failed group-add ioctl requests. After ocfs2_verify_group_and_input() rejects OCFS2_IOC_GROUP_ADD, ocfs2_group_add() leaves the inode's buffer head cached, so a repeated request reaches BUG() while ocfs2_set_new_buffer_uptodate() tries to cache it again. Exploitation requires low-privilege local access to a system using OCFS2 and interrupts the host kernel without reported confidentiality or integrity impact.
