Local kernel crash via incorrect VMA preallocation

A denial of service in affected Linux 6.6 through 6.12-rc7 builds allows local users to crash NOMMU kernels through a whole-VMA unmap. The mm/nommu.c deletion path passes a VMA rather than NULL to vma_iter_prealloc(), computes the wrong maple-tree store state, and leaves iterator traversal inconsistent. Any unprivileged local process on a NOMMU build can reach the path with mmap() and munmap(); triggering it interrupts the host by crashing the kernel.
