Local memory corruption via out-of-range hash index

Out-of-bounds write in the Linux kernel IMA subsystem allows local users to corrupt kernel memory through conflicting file mappings. ima_eventdigest_init passes HASH_ALGO__LAST to ima_eventdigest_init_common, which uses it to index beyond hash_digest_size. Exploitation requires an IMA-enabled kernel and low-privileged local access to coordinate writable and executable mappings, resulting in corrupted protected data or a system crash.
