Kernel disclosure and interruption via queue-lock race

Race condition in the Linux NVMe/TCP host driver allows local users to disclose kernel memory and interrupt the host service. The queue_lock mutex in nvme_tcp_get_address can be locked while nvme_tcp_free_queue destroys and later reinitializes it, reopening access to a released socket and corrupting mutex state. Repeated reads of the world-readable NVMe address sysfs attribute must overlap controller error recovery; the result includes kernel-memory exposure, a warning-driven panic, or an indefinite hang.
