Local kernel crash via non-INET socket type confusion

Type confusion in Linux 5.15 through 6.6.61, 6.7 through 6.11.8, and 6.12-rc1 through 6.12-rc7 allows local users to crash the kernel. tls_sw_has_ctx_tx and tls_sw_has_ctx_rx pass AF_UNIX or AF_VSOCK sockets to tls_get_ctx without first confirming an INET connection socket, producing an invalid pointer that tls_sw_ctx_rx dereferences. Reachability requires a BPF sockmap containing one of those socket types; the demonstrated fault causes a kernel oops that can panic the system or hang the affected subsystem.
