False kernel-log output via uninitialized print lengths

Use of uninitialized values in the Qualcomm PMIC Type-C PD PHY driver in Linux allows local users to produce false kernel-log data. In qcom_pmic_typec_pdphy_pd_transmit_payload(), a failed USB_PDPHY_RX_ACKNOWLEDGE_REG read jumps to logging before hdr_len and txbuf_len are initialized, and the error path uses them as byte-array print lengths. Reachability requires local low-privileged access and compatible Qualcomm PMIC USB Type-C PD PHY hardware; the published consequence is misleading or false diagnostic output.
