Host crash via suspended DWC3 register access

Denial of service in the Linux kernel allows local users to crash an affected host during system suspend processing. The DWC3 suspend path reads device registers while the device is already runtime suspended and can call dwc3_enable_susphy after dwc3_core_exit. Exploitation requires local privileges and a DWC3 device already in runtime suspend; the reported consequence is a host crash, with no data access or modification.
