Kernel crash via unchecked DVB minor bounds

Out-of-bounds access in Linux 2.6.29 through 6.11.7 allows local users to crash the kernel through DVB device operations. The static dvb_minors table in drivers/media/dvb-core/dvbdev.c is indexed without explicit bounds checks in dvb_register_device() and dvb_device_open(). Local low-privileged access to an affected DVB device path is required, and an invalid minor causes out-of-bounds kernel memory access and a crash.
