Local privilege escalation via qdisc parent use-after-free

Use-after-free in affected Linux kernel branches allows local users to gain kernel privileges through crafted traffic-control qdiscs. The qdisc_tree_reduce_backlog function mistakes any major handle ffff: for root or ingress and continues parent traversal, leaving active schedulers with dangling class pointers. Exploitation requires local access and CAP_NET_ADMIN in a network namespace; affected configurations permit kernel memory access, control-flow hijacking, and a crash.
