Kernel crash via unchecked MediaTek command-queue channel

A NULL pointer dereference in the MediaTek DRM driver in affected Linux kernels allows local users to crash the kernel. After mbox_request_channel() fails, mtk_crtc_create() leaves cmdq_client.chan NULL without creating a command packet, but mtk_crtc_destroy() still passes that channel to cmdq_pkt_destroy(). Access to a system using the affected MediaTek display path is required, and the resulting fault interrupts that host rather than exposing or modifying data.
