Service interruption via static DPLL pin assumptions

Denial of service in the Linux kernel 6.7 through 6.11.6 allows local users to crash affected hosts during ice driver probe. ice_dpll_get_pins uses static reference-design pin expectations even when vendor-specific firmware exposes more DPLL pins, causing dpll_pin_get to enter a warning path. Exposure requires a DPLL-enabled E810 LOM with an unexpectedly high pin count; the bounded consequence is service interruption during device initialization.
