Kernel crash via NULL MCTP I2C address

NULL pointer dereference in Linux kernel MCTP I2C releases from 5.18 allows local users to crash the kernel through packet transmission. The mctp_i2c_header_create function reads daddr and saddr while building the link-layer header without first rejecting NULL pointers; daddr is NULL when no neighbor-table entry exists. Reaching the flaw requires local low-privilege access and an MCTP I2C transmission, and the reported consequence is an availability-only kernel crash.
