Transient denial of service via UCI command overflow

Integer overflow in the BT Controller of Qualcomm Snapdragon allows local users to cause a transient service interruption through a UCI command. Qualcomm discloses UCI command processing as the trigger but does not identify the overflowing calculation or affected field. Low privileges and no user interaction are required, and the published consequence is limited to transient loss of availability.
