Buffer over-read in Qualcomm Snapdragon RTP decoding allows remote attackers to disclose memory via malformed network packets. The decoder trusts an RTP header's contributing-source count without confirming that the declared list fits within the packet, causing reads beyond the supplied header. No authentication or user interaction is required; exposure requires network delivery to the affected RTP decoder, with no reported ability to modify data.
