Browser script execution via unfiltered request reasons
Published Nov 27, 2024 · Updated Nov 27, 2024
Stored XSS in Omada Identity before 15 update 1 allows remote authenticated users to run JavaScript in another user's browser. The Access Request workflow stores an unfiltered Request Reason and renders it in Access Request History, causing embedded script to execute. An authenticated account must submit a manipulated access request, and execution occurs when another user, typically an approving manager, views its history or follows the crafted link.
