Cross-site scripting in Veritas Enterprise Vault before 15.1 UPD882911 allows remote authenticated users to execute script via an HTTP parameter. The archived-content viewer reflects a request parameter into its response without sanitization; Veritas has not identified the parameter or handler. A victim must be authenticated and execute the reflected response, after which the script runs in that user's browser context and can read or alter accessible content.
