Guest escape via unbounded firmware counter value

Out-of-bounds write in Imagination Technologies Graphics DDK 1.15 RTM through 24.3 RTM allows guest OS users to write beyond guest GPU memory. An improper guest command supplies RGXFWIF_HWPERF_CTL_BLK.uiNumCounters, and GPU firmware processing produces an out-of-bounds write. Reachability requires kernel software running inside a guest VM; the resulting write crosses the guest's virtualized GPU-memory boundary.
