Improper access control in Arc before 1.26.1 on Windows allows remote attackers to gain new site permissions through user clicks. Arc's Windows site-settings state treats follow-up permission requests from a previously permitted website as approved when the user clicks anywhere on the page. The website must already hold a permission and still requires user interaction; explicit denials remain enforced, but additional site permissions can be granted without the intended confirmation.
