Stack-based buffer overflow in NRMM on Samsung Exynos processors and modems allows remote attackers to interrupt baseband service. The Registration Accept decoder omits a boundary check and writes decoded data beyond a stack buffer. Reachability requires an unauthenticated network message; the published assessment limits impact to availability, with no reported data access or code execution.
