Cross-site scripting in IBM Engineering Lifecycle Optimization - Publishing 7.0.2 and 7.0.3 allows remote attackers to inject script via crafted URIs. The web-page generation path accepts URI values without validating encoded URI schemes before placing them into browser-consumable output. Exploitation requires a user to interact with the resulting content and can expose browser-accessible data or perform actions in that user's session.
