Stored XSS via unescaped Google Maps parameters
Published Jun 27, 2024 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
Stored XSS in StellarWP Kadence Blocks 3.2.42 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts through Google Maps parameters. The Google Maps block render path in class-kadence-blocks-googlemaps-block.php incorporates block attributes into generated markup without sufficient input sanitization and output escaping. Contributor-level access is required to store the payload, which executes in a visitor's browser when the injected page is opened.
