Device-password disclosure via static topology decryption key

Hard-coded key use in AudioCodes One Voice Operations Center before 8.4.582 allows remote attackers to decrypt stored device passwords. The getDecryptPassword method in AbstractTopologyLoader decrypts passwords from topology.xml and MGsTopologyList.csv with AES-128-CBC using a static, guessable key and IV. Possession of either topology file exposes administrative passwords for managed devices such as Session Border Controllers.
