Browser-session code execution via DOM manipulation
Published Dec 10, 2024 · Updated Dec 11, 2024
DOM-based XSS in Adobe Experience Manager 6.5.21 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute code in a victim browser session. Adobe has not identified the vulnerable DOM element or disclosed how attacker-controlled URL or input data reaches an executable browser sink. Exploitation requires low-privileged access and a victim to visit a crafted link or enter data, enabling script execution within that victim session.
