Browser-session script execution via stored form input
Published Dec 10, 2024 · Updated Dec 11, 2024
Stored XSS in Adobe Experience Manager 6.5.21 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to run script in a victim's browser. Vulnerable form fields store attacker-supplied script content and later render it without sufficient neutralization when another user opens the page. Exploitation requires low-privileged access to submit field content and a victim to view the affected page, exposing or modifying browser-session data.
