Local-file disclosure via unsafe DTD loading

XML external entity injection in SimpleSAMLphp SAML2 before 4.6.14 or 5.0.0-alpha.18 allows remote attackers to read local files. DOMDocumentFactory::fromString loads untrusted XML with LIBXML_DTDLOAD and LIBXML_DTDATTR before checking for entity declarations, so attacker-controlled external entities are resolved during parsing. Exploitation requires a consuming application to pass attacker-controlled SAML XML into the library and can also trigger requests to internal network resources.
