Authenticated data access via predictable session cookies

Session management weakness in SFTPGo 2.3.0 through 2.6.3 allows remote authenticated users to access other users' data via cookie guessing. The OpenID Connect redirect handler in internal/httpd/oidc.go assigns xid.New().String() to each session cookie, producing predictable identifiers instead of cryptographically secure random values. A valid account and enabled OpenID Connect login are required; a guessed victim cookie grants access to that victim's web session and stored data.
