Service interruption via spoofed forwarded client IPs

Rate-limit bypass in Password Pusher before 1.49.0 allows remote attackers to send unlimited requests by spoofing X-Forwarded-For. The request IP logic trusted X-Forwarded-For from unauthorized clients, so each forged address was treated as a distinct source by the configurable limiter. No authentication or user interaction is required; successful resource exhaustion interrupts service and bypassed throttling eases brute-force attempts.
