Arbitrary file read in CRMEB 5.4.0 allows remote attackers to obtain sensitive information through the save_basics function. The function reads an attacker-selected path without confining access to intended application files. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the published impact is limited to reading data without reported modification or service interruption.
