Cross-site scripting via stripped CSS comments

Cross-site scripting in fedora-python lxml_html_clean before 0.4.0 allows remote attackers to pass executable script through HTML cleaning. Cleaner._has_sneaky_javascript removes CSS comments before checking style content, so browser-interpreted markup hidden inside comments in svg, math, or noscript contexts survives sanitization. The default cleaner must process attacker-controlled HTML that an application later renders in a browser, where the surviving markup executes in the viewer's origin.
