Remote poll-result falsification via unchecked federated updates

Improper access control in Misskey 10.92.1 through 2024.11.0-alpha.2 allows remote attackers to falsify remote poll results. ApInboxService.update accepts a signed ActivityPub poll update without validating that the sending actor may alter the referenced poll, then applies the supplied result. A valid signature from any actor on any remote instance is sufficient; local polls remain unaffected, and the consequence is limited to remote-poll integrity.
