Internal port discovery via unrestricted webhook URLs

SSRF in Strapi Webhooks before 4.25.2 allows remote authenticated users to probe internal TCP services through crafted URLs. The webhook trigger accepts loopback hosts such as 127.0.0.1 without restricting the destination and returns connection-specific errors. Administrative access to Settings Webhooks is required, and the demonstrated consequence is disclosure of which server-side ports are open.
